CAN I MAKE REVISIONS?
Once we've received your wedding stationery wording and requirements, you're welcome to make all the changes you need until they're perfect.
It's our job to ensure your wedding invitations, save the dates and wedding stationery are absolutely perfect and if it takes 50 revision to get there, we will be happy to oblige.
We'll be patient, respectful and will work with you until your wedding stationery is just right.
WHY DO YOU NEED MY CONTACT NUMBER & EMAIL?
When you submit your wedding stationery design request form, one of the first things we ask you is 'What is your email address?' & 'What is your contact number?'
These questions both have a very important purpose
Email: The email address you supply will be where we send over your initial design preview and subsequent revisions
Phone: Once your order has been printed and dispatched, your telephone number will be used to ensure a smooth transit and delivery.
Please note, we will never pass your details onto third parties or use your personal information for any other purpose than the fulfilment of your order.
WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
This is a free, no obligation design service.
Which means we can design your wedding invitations, we can create your save the date cards or put together your table plan and at any point, you can say you no longer want to go ahead.
We offer this service as we feel it's important to see what you're getting before you buy.
We completely understand if you see your wedding stationery design and later decide it's not for you.
With that being said, it's very rare this happens as we always work with you to ensure they do tick all the boxes for you.
The only exception to this would be for bespoke wedding stationery.
