  • Do not worry about your wedding theme, nobody expects you to have decided your colour scheme and venue style at this stage. Choose save the date cards that feel right at the time. If in doubt, pick one of our neutral save the dates. If you have decided your colours and theme already, then that's a bonus.

  • Order more than you think you'll need (and not just because we want you to order more with us). You will find very quickly that some of your guests already know they won't be able to attend and you're more than likely to have forgotten at least one person from the initial list. With extra cards, you can dip into your reserve guest list without having the cost of placing a whole new order. Your reserve guests will never know they weren't first choice.

  • Don't over order your save the dates! This is a common mistake, which we fortunately manage to rectify before print (usually). If you have 100 guests at your wedding, you won't need 100 save the date cards, as most will be couples and many will be families. Calculate the number of save the dates you need based on the number of households being invited.

  • Take advantage of our freebies! Your wedding budget will become a challenge at times and if you're ordering your save the dates, you're probably still optimistic you'll be able to stick to it.
